ABS 2021 VIRTUAL MEETING


ABS 2021, a virtual meeting of the 58th Annual Conference of the Animal Behavior Society, was held online from July 28-31, 2020. 1,740 attendees represented 58 countries including:Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, India, Mexico, Japan, Turkey, and Uruguay. With up to 6 parallel sessions, the meeting included 58 talks and 549 lightning talks, as well as seven live symposia, including the Warner Clyde Allee Symposium.

In Memoriam: Barry Sinervo

Barry Sinervo, pioneering animal behaviorist and evolutionary biologist, died on March 15, 2021 at the age of 60. Barry had been fighting cancer for six years but remained very active in research and teaching until the very end.
