DEADLINE: March 31, 2015

Abstract Submission Guidelines

To be considered for review, abstracts must be submitted no later than midnight on March 31, 2015, the latest time zone on earth.

Abstract Format

Registrants may submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation. ABS policy is that acceptance of submissions for the oral sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Your abstract submission will not be considered until you have completed your meeting registration.

The abstract itself should be less than 1200 characters including spaces (about 200 words).

Please complete your submission carefully. All abstracts must be in final form. No typos or other errors can be corrected after the deadline. Abstracts will not be considered or reviewed unless all required fields are completed. Authors may edit abstracts online as long as they meet the submission deadline.

Author Notifications

Presenters who opt for the Founders poster session will be considered for a poster prize named in honor of the founders of ABS. After the morning Keynote talks on the first two days of the conference, presenters of Founders' Competition Posters' will have 1 minute and 2 slides to highlight the key points of their posters in an attempt to convince viewers why their posters are a 'must see'.

After successful submission you will receive an notification sent to the email address provided in your ABS account. Remember 15 minute talks are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no limits on the number of posters.

Please contact us at with any questions concerning the abstract submission process.
