Cancellation Policy


Cancellations must be received no later than April 30, 2016. A $25 administrative fee will apply for all refunds. No refunds will be issued May 1, 2016 onwards, except for documented medical and family emergencies with permission of the Executive Committee. Substitutions may be made at any time without an additional charge.
