A full-time lab technician position is available in the Tronson and Dantzer laboratories in the Psychology department at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor MI. The position will be 50% Tronson Lab, 50% Dantzer lab. The Tronson laboratory studies mouse behavioral models of learning and memory, with a focus on neuroimmune function, stress, and Alzheimer’s disease; and the Dantzer laboratory studies physiology and behavior in wild animals (squirrels, voles, mice). Duties will be on site at the University’s main campus. In both laboratories, the role will include research (including both animal behavior testing and endocrine/molecular assays), lab organization, and administrative/organizational tasks.  The position includes the opportunity to co-author empirical papers.
