The University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine is hiring a research technician based full-time in Santa Rosa, CA (at Canine
Companions headquarters) to work on cognitive and behavioral studies with domestic dogs (puppies through adults) and assist with behavioral coding and data management resulting from these studies.

This unique collaborative position will work closely with the BRAY (Behavioral Research Across Years) lab, the Arizona Canine Cognition Center, and our long-time collaborators at Canine Companions to oversee our program of assistance dog research as we study:
• Developmental and genetic bases of dog behavior and cognition
• Age-related cognitive decline
• Cognitive and behavioral traits of successful working dogs
