Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received no later than June 30, 2018. A $25 USD administrative fee will apply for all refunds. No refunds will be issued July 1, 2018 onwards, except for documented medical and family emergencies with permission of the Executive Committee. Substitutions may be made at any time without an additional charge.
