Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received no later than June 6, 2025. A $25 USD administrative fee will apply for all refunds. No refunds will be issued June 6, 2025 onwards, except for documented medical and family emergencies with permission of the Executive Committee. Substitutions may be made at any time without an additional charge.

The ABS is not able to refund registration fees for registrants who cannot attend due to travel disruption, and that those whose travel does get disrupted are encouraged to join the virtual ABS conference.
