Childcare

To support and facilitate assistance of participants with kids, flexible childcare will be provided through the venue of the conference. This service will be provided at a reasonable rate ($10 USD/hr) in which one caretaker will be responsible for up to two kids for individualized attention.

The service needs to be booked with at least one week in advance and is limited to a maximum of eight consecutive hours. There is no minimum amount of time required (with a minimum charge for 1hr). Childcare services can be set to meet your specific needs and are not restricted to a 8am-5pm schedule.
