New bioacoustics software and lesson plans

Dear all,
I would like to publicize several outreach and educational materials related to understanding animal sounds that may be helpful for your teaching.
We have developed SoundLab, a free web tool for recording and analyzing acoustic signals and visualizing spectrograms:
https://soundlab.sciencemusic.org/. In contrast to other available tools, the fact that this is free and web-based means it can be implemented in classrooms where software downloads are not possible (e.g. many K-12 settings). It has quite advanced capabilities including automated detection, sound analysis and graphing. It would be a good addition to any courses on animal behavior or communication.
In addition we have launched a 3 lesson unit called Balancing Act aimed at high school biology students that teaches about biological trade-offs, animal behavior and bioacoustics, and is freely available here:
https://teach.galacticpolymath.com/units/en-US/14 It includes great footage of our research in action.
All of these were developed with the support of NSF (CAREER grant 2339824) and in collaboration with Galactic Polymath Education Studios

I hope that you find these resources useful and we would love to hear your feedback.
Best wishes,
